We're currently seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.
What You'll Do
• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems accurately and efficiently
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure peak system performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with a customer‑focused approach
• Clearly explain findings, recommendations, and system care to homeowners
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver timely, high‑quality service
• Maintain professionalism and build lasting customer trust
Pay & Compensation
• $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience
• Top technicians earn $120K-$130K annually

What We're Looking For
• 1-2 years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA certification
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
