About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure initiatives, including cloud migrations, data center transformations, network upgrades, and security platform implementations. This role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects across the full SDLC
• Plan and execute initiatives such as cloud adoption, data center migrations, networking, and identity/security implementations
• Define scope, timelines, dependencies, and manage change control
• Oversee multiple concurrent infrastructure projects
• Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks related to performance, availability, and security
• Track progress and provide clear status reporting to leadership
• Ensure delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Drive continuous improvement and operational readiness
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in IT/infrastructure environments
• 3+ years managing infrastructure-focused projects
Preferred Experience
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, and data centers
• Experience with infrastructure modernization and migration projects
• Familiarity with ITIL practices
• Tools: Jira, Confluence
• Experience with risk, change, and vendor management
• Insurance industry experience (a plus)
Certifications (Preferred)
• PMP
• Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SSM)
