VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
P enn State Health is seeking a healthcare technology centric expert with experience in change management for our Shared Services division.
J OB SUMMARY:
The VP, CTO will be responsible to align technology vision with business strategy by integrating company processes with the appropriate technologies. The Vice President, Chief Technology Officer will be responsible to all aspects of developing and implementing technology initiatives within the organization. The VP, CTO will maintain existing enterprise systems, while providing direction in all technology-related issues in support on information operation s and core company values.
M INIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
B achelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field
1 0 or more years in IT with a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in leadership roles
E xperience in integrating complex, cross-corporate processes and information strategies, and/or designing strategic metrics and scorecards
K NOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning and execution skills
S trong vendor management and partner relation skills
A bility to drive organizational change
E xpertise in budget planning and financial management
P REFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in information technology or a technology related discipline
P revious knowledge of supporting Electronic Medical Records and Infor
H ealthcare experience in a large system and/or Academic Medical Center experience
