Production Lead
Pay: $17.00 per hour

Shift: 1 st shift Monday through Friday (7:00 AM- 3:00 PM)
Location: Reading, PA
Responsibilities of the Production Lead:
• Guide production associates in their assigned duties to meet production deadlines
• Identify and come up with solutions to problems concerning materials or equipment
• Using hand tools to build racks for large parts
• Complete Daily Safety Checklist
• Conduct daily start-of-shift meeting
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications of the Production Lead:
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and standing for entire shift
• Bilingual preferred but not required
• At least 1 year experience as a lead
• 2+ years experience in production
• HS diploma or GED
