Role Description
The Call Coordination Expert is a full-time, on-site position located in Athens, GA. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring a seamless communication process for all patients. The role demands adherence to established protocols, exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and sensitivity to client privacy and confidentiality. Qualifications
• Strong communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette and active listening
• Proficiency in call handling techniques and experience with appointment scheduling systems
• Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
• Experience with Open Dental, Eaglesoft, LogMeIn Host, or similar softwares
• Customer service focus with a commitment to providing a positive client experience
• Bilingual capabilities (preferred but not required)
• Proficiency with computer systems, databases, and basic typing skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional customer service certifications are a plus
