We are hiring for:
• Lead Sales Executive – Athens
• Sales & Administrative Executive – Tuscaloosa
We are looking for individuals who enjoy building relationships, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating a high-level store experience.
Role Responsibilities:
Sales
• Build strong relationships with customers and create a personalized shopping experience
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals
• Build and maintain a strong personal book of business
Leadership & Operations (Tuscaloosa role)
• Assist with scheduling and team coverage coordination
• Track special orders and ensure follow-through
• Maintain daily store organization and presentation
• Manage inventory intake, tagging, and floor placement
• Ensure accuracy of administrative processes
Compensation
Base Salary + Commission
