Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CIPP Laborer located in Boyertown, PA. The CIPP Laborer will be responsible for assisting with cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) installation projects, operating and maintaining equipment, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. Tasks may include site preparation, equipment loading and unloading, pipe cleaning, and material handling to support trenchless pipe repair projects. The role requires a proactive attitude toward safety and reliable adherence to company protocols.
Qualifications
• Experience with construction labor, equipment operation, and material handling
• Ability to work safely in outdoor environments and adhere to safety procedures
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to maintain and repair equipment as needed
• Capability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively in a team setting
• Willingness to travel to job sites and work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces when needed
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; CDL is a plus
• Previous experience in pipe repair, construction, or related industries is a bonus
