Role Description
The Medspa Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage customer interactions, and ensure high-quality service delivery for clients. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing staff, overseeing inventory, developing marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The role also involves contributing to the development of strategies to enhance client satisfaction and increase business growth. This is a remote contract role.
Qualifications
• Experience in team management, staff coordination, and customer service excellence
• Proficiency in marketing strategies and tools, particularly in planning and promoting service offerings
• Strong organizational and operational skills, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring procedural compliance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Familiarity with healthcare or medspa operations is highly recommended
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred
