Job Description • Manage multiple commercial construction projects from planning through close‑out
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues proactively, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Conduct site visits and oversee field operations in partnership with Superintendents

The Successful Applicant • 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Proven track record managing ground‑up projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors
• Proficiency with project management software and construction documentation
• Based within commuting distance of Athens, GA
