Leasing Agent – Athens, GA (Full-Time, On-Site)
We’re growing quickly in the Athens market and looking for a Leasing Agent who wants hands-on experience in leasing, property management, and day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get into real estate/property management and grow into a larger role over time.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Agent located in Athens, GA. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants, conducting property tours, managing leasing inquiries, preparing lease agreements, and supporting the overall leasing process. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with the property management team, following up with leads, addressing tenant and prospect questions, and helping ensure properties are leased efficiently and professionally.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Conduct property tours and assist prospective tenants
• Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with leads
• Prepare and manage lease agreements
• Coordinate with the property management team
• Help maintain strong relationships with tenants and prospects
What We’re Looking For
• Experience with leases, lease administration, or residential leasing preferred
• Familiarity with property management processes is a plus
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up consistently
• Proficiency with property management software and related tools is a plus
• A college degree is preferred but not required
