Schedule
• Monday: 8am-1pm lunch 2pm-5pm
• Tuesday: 8am-1pm lunch 2pm-5pm
• Wednesday: 8am-1pm lunch 2pm-5pm
• Thursday: 8am-1pm lunch 2pm-5pm
• Friday: 8am-12pm
Responsibilities
As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):
• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
• Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
• Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
• Build meaningful, trust-based connections with patients, understanding their unique dental journey and personal comfort.
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Take high quality dental radiographs including CBCT, intraoral photos/scan, and full mouth series.
• Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience working as a Dental Assistant
• X-ray certification
• High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
• Expanded Functions certified preferred
• Experience in customer service
• Experience with Dental Softwares as Eaglesoft is preferred.
