Role Description
The Kitchen Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Barto, PA. This role involves assisting with daily food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and supporting cooking activities. The Kitchen Associate will also help create a welcoming environment for guests and work collaboratively with the team to ensure high standards of food quality and service. Additional responsibilities may include inventory management and supporting kitchen-related tasks as needed. On-site housing can be provided for peak season.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques
• Strong understanding of Hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus
