POSITION TITLE: District LTS Librarian
REPORTS TO: Building Principals (Hereford Elementary School and 4th & 5th Grade Center)
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Long Term Substitute (8/25/26 through 3/12/27)
QUALIFICATIONS:
• PDE Library Science Certification
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Provide instruction to elementary library students
• Provides an educational atmosphere consistent with instructional goals
• Manages student behavior to encourage best possible student educational experience
• Evaluates student's academic growth, keeps appropriate records and prepares progress reports
• other duties as assinged by building principal
PREEMPLOYMENT PAPERWORK REQUIREMENTS:
• PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)
• Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
• FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
• School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)
• PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)
• Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s) (Act 168)
