Manager of Operational Support
The Manager of Operations Support drives consistency and execution across non-clinical operations. This role ensures offices and regional leaders have the systems, tools, and support needed to operate efficiently. Acting as a bridge between strategy and execution, this position focuses on follow-through, standardization, and removing day-to-day operational barriers.
Core Responsibilities
Operational Execution
• Support implementation and consistency of operational processes across all offices
• Ensure initiatives are carried through to completion, not just rollout
Procurement & Vendor Management
• Standardize ordering processes and manage vendor relationships
• Monitor spending and support cost control initiatives
Compliance & Standards
• Track and maintain compliance requirements (OSHA, HIPAA, internal protocols)
• Ensure offices are audit-ready and aligned with company standards
Facilities & Maintenance
• Oversee maintenance workflows, vendor coordination, and issue resolution
• Prioritize and escalate high-impact facility needs
Integrations
• Support onboarding of new offices into systems, vendors, and processes
• Help stabilize operations quickly during transition periods
Field Support
• Partner with Regional Managers to remove operational burdens
• Provide visibility into recurring issues and support resolution
Special Projects
• Lead and execute operational projects across the organization
• Build structure, timelines, and accountability for completion
Success Measures
• Improved operational consistency across offices
• Increased compliance completion and audit readiness
• Faster resolution of facility and vendor-related issues
• Controlled supply costs and vendor alignment
• Successful execution of integrations and key projects
Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of operations experience (DENTAL BACKGROUND REQUIRED)
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive accountability
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills

• Partners with: Regional Managers, Office Managers, Clinical Leadership
