ACT 235 Certified Armed Security Site Supervisor
Location: Sinking Springs
Schedule: Monday-Friday / First Shift / Saturdays as needed
Pay: $30.39 per hour

We’re looking for a reliable and observant Armed Security Site Supervisor to join our Philadelphia-based team. This role offers a consistent schedule, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to protect and serve in a highly visible position.
• What You’ll Do:
• Patrol assigned interior/exterior areas by foot,
• Monitor surroundings and report suspicious activity
• Respond quickly to incidents in line with company policy and use-of-force guidelines
• Write detailed reports and maintain daily activity logs (DARs)
• Enforce site policies, post orders, and client rules
• Support customer service needs throughout the facility
• Stay informed on site-specific emergency protocols
• Supervise a 7-man security team
• On site client liaison
• Training new employees and ongoing current staff
What You Need:
• Current ACT 235 certification
• Security Supervisor experience
• Personal firearm, level 2+ holster, and duty belt
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1–3 years of Security Supervisor experience in security,
• Law enforcement and/or military preferred
• Strong written communication for report writing
• Reliable transportation to and from the site
• Ability to pass a background check
