Senior Cost Accountant
Artemis is presently conducting a search for a Senior Cost Accountant for a mid-market, growth oriented CPG manufacturing organization in the Reading, PA . This role partners closely with operations and executive leadership to drive financial accountability and operational excellence across a multi-line facility.
The primary responsibilities in this role will include: supporting the overview of site financial operations related to production efficiency, variance analysis, and standard costing; metric and variance reporting, inventory management, and the ability to collaborate crossfuctionally with operational leadership.
The ideal applicant will have 3+ years of cost accounting and inventory management experience, analytical mindset, and someone who wants to be hands-on and not sit behind a desk. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required..
