Ready to lead a team that actually feels like a team? Wyomissing Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a confident, experienced Director of Rehabilitation who can drive clinical excellence while building a strong, supportive culture.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary rehab team consisting of OT, PT, PTA, COTA, and SLP
• Oversee daily operations of the rehab department in a SNF/LTC setting
• Ensure high-quality patient care and strong clinical outcomes
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and productivity expectations
• Collaborate closely with nursing, administration, and the interdisciplinary team
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and documentation standards
• Mentor and develop team members to support both clinical and professional growth
What We’re Looking For:
• Licensed PT, OT, PTA, or COTA (active state license required)
• Management experience required
• Strong background in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and/or Long-Term Care (LTC)
• Experience with Net Health and PCC preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• A hands-on leader who builds culture and accountability
