Process Control Monitor- 1st shift
JOB SUMMARY:
The PCM is responsible for ensuring that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are consistently followed to support the production of safe, high-quality products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively support the production of safe, high-quality products by identifying and reporting any deficiencies.
• Interpret and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company policies, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Maintain accurate and complete records to verify that GMP standards are being properly implemented.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to speak, read, and understand English. Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and communicate effectively with employees and groups within the organization.
