And our success allows Knoll to support causes that align with our values, so we can build a more sustainable, equitable, and beautiful future for everyone.GENERAL PURPOSETo create, modify and maintain accurate on-time programs for CNC equipment using the current programming softwareESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSPerforms additional assignments and responsibilities as requested.Suggest and implement ideas to improve program productivity and program qualityWrite accurate programs to insure department/plant reliability and quality goalsWrite programs required by manufacturing in a timely mannerProvide direction for the completion of work including assisting in the prioritization of work for the department based upon strategy and schedule expectations, providing direction to team members for all shifts.Modify the daily work schedule based on most recent production updates in accordance with the strategy developed by the designated WTL.Support CNC Programmer resources for engineering projects including new and existing products for CNC Machining processes.Ensures problems are resolved that arise.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
