A growing consulting services company is hiring an Audio Visual (AV) Engineer for a full-time internal role supporting corporate offices across the Tri-State area. This position is primarily in Pottstown with occasional on-site travel to support conference room technology, executive meeting spaces, and office expansions. You’ll work with modern AV technologies including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Crestron/Extron control systems, and integrated conferencing solutions to ensure a seamless collaboration experience across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience
· 4+ years of experience in AV engineering or support
· Hands-on experience with conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms)
· Experience with AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, or similar)
· Knowledge of AV hardware (cameras, microphones, DSPs, displays)
· Experience supporting conference rooms and executive meeting spaces
· Strong troubleshooting and end-user support skills
Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience in a corporate or financial services environment
· Familiarity with network fundamentals (IP-based AV systems)
· Experience with AV design and room buildouts
· Certifications (CTS, Crestron, or similar)
· Basic scripting or automation experience
