The Alpha Dumpster Call Center Manager will Directly supervise a team of call center sales agents in a service environment to provide training, side by side coaching , and customer service through development and performance management by inspiring, monitoring, coaching, and providing feedback to meet company sales goals, build relationships, and provide excellent customer service. This role is responsible for optimizing the customer experience by actively managing current customer relationships and developing solid relationships with new customers. Responsibilities: Hire, train, coach, and lead the Sales Team to provide support for customers. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to meet business goals and streamline processes. Ensure lead follow up is timely. Answer and guide the sales team through difficult calls or issues to diffuse customer escalations. Resolve escalated issues as needed. Lead team meetings and provide clear expectations of best practices and goals. Support team by assisting as needed on projects and daily tasks. Researches and stays current regarding competitor services. Maintains awareness of competition and trends affecting the industry. Develops strategies and goals based on changing market conditions and customer needs. Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred Two years of sales or call center managerial experience preferred Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Superior written and oral communication skills combined with above average organization, interpersonal, listening, presentation and problem-solving skills. Professional demeanor and adaptability required to change as dictated by situation(s). Proficiency in using array of software packages, including MS Outlook, Word, PPT and Excel. Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce Creative thinker with the ability to produce innovative solutions Other Job Responsibilities: Employees in this job classification must attend and participate in corporation sponsored training courses as assigned. Employees in this job classification are responsible for keeping up to date on current technology, as job appropriate, being used by Alpha Dumpster.
