Overview We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Care Coordinator to join our customer support team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional client service, and supporting sales initiatives through effective communication. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in multiple languages as required. Provide comprehensive client support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering product or service guidance. Assist with outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, gather feedback, or promote new offerings. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Support sales efforts by identifying client needs and promoting relevant products or services. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when necessary. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in all interactions with clients. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and share insights for process improvements. Analyze customer feedback and support data to identify trends and recommend enhancements. Skills Multilingual proficiency with fluency in English; additional languages are highly desirable. Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles. Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills. Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and maintaining detailed records. Knowledge of call center operations, outbound calling techniques, and phone etiquette. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in typing and documentation tasks. Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases.
