This is for a builder, a leader, and a driver of revenue The Opportunity As a Senior Outside Sales Leader , you will: Lead, coach, and develop a team of B2B Outside Sales Representatives Drive new business acquisition in a high-demand fiber optics market Recruit, train, and retain top-performing sales talent Establish structure, accountability, and a winning culture Lead from the front— player/coach mentality with personal sales contribution Build scalable processes that support rapid growth Who You Are You are a structured, disciplined sales leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
