Assist with ADLs Be responsible for establishing and maintaining productive daily activities Provide skills training, assistance, and/or supervision to the individual in the areas of community, social integration, and healthcare management. Provide feedback on individuals' performance in accomplishing goals and objectives of the ISP. Demonstrate recognition of and properly report suspected abuse and neglect. Experience working with individuals with behaviors and physical aggression Perform all other duties as assigned. Requirements: Have a High School diploma or equivalent. Have at least 1 year of experience as a Direct Support Professional or have life experience as a parent/family caregiver or family member of a person with a disability. Be 18 years of age or older. Willing to undergo necessary clearances. Provide professional references. Have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record.
