firstPRO is partnering with a leading, well-established organization located in the Reading, PA area who is looking to hire multiple Billing & Accounts Specialists. This role supports large national client accounts and focuses on invoice analysis, billing accuracy, and account resolution in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Looking to hire ASAP! What You’ll Do Review and analyze customer invoices for accuracy, pricing, and completeness Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and credit requests Interpret customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate explanations of charges Process billing adjustments, credits, and invoice corrections Separate and manage complex customer invoices across multiple accounts Communicate with internal teams and customers primarily via email (with occasional phone support) Utilize Excel to pull reports, analyze data, and support billing activities Work across multiple systems and tools to support invoicing and account management What We’re Looking For 1–3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounting, or customer support Recent graduates with accounting, finance, or business degrees are encouraged to apply Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs and reporting experience a plus) Experience with ERP systems, Salesforce, or AS400 is a plus Work Environment & Schedule Training: 4–5 weeks fully onsite After Training: Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Optional flexible scheduling with extended hours Why This Role?
