Responsibilities Engage in outside sales activities by cold calling potential members and conducting face-to-face meetings within assigned territories. Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and targeted marketing efforts. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling additional memberships or services, and maintaining strong client relationships. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase membership benefits effectively. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Negotiate membership packages and terms with prospects to close deals confidently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive membership growth. Manage territory sales strategies by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to maximize outreach effectiveness. Experience Proven success in outside sales or B2B (business-to-business) sales environments with a focus on direct customer engagement. Experience managing territories or accounts within a sales management capacity. Strong background in business development, lead generation, and account management. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms used for tracking sales activities and customer data. Demonstrated ability in negotiation, upselling, and closing high-value deals. Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations. Knowledge of marketing strategies related to retail or technology sales is a plus. Ability to perform cold calling effectively while maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.
