Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Long Term Substitute to step into classrooms and maintain a positive, engaging learning environment for students. This role involves delivering instruction aligned with curriculum standards, managing classroom activities, and supporting student development. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with children to ensure continuity of education during long-term absences.
