Support administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing schedules or appointments. Monitor the premises during working hours to ensure safety and security protocols are followed. Respond promptly to inquiries or requests from staff or visitors, providing helpful information or directing them appropriately. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transitions between shifts and maintain an efficient workflow. Perform light maintenance or setup tasks for meetings or events as needed. Experience Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
