Business Office Manager Myerstown Nursing and Rehab | Myerstown, PA Myerstown Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to join our skilled nursing facility in Myerstown, PA . In this role, you will develop, implement, and maintain efficient systems to support the daily operations of the business office, ensuring financial processes, billing functions, and administrative operations run smoothly and effectively. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and experience with long-term care reimbursement and billing.
