Receives and checks in all deliveries. Monitors inventory levels and informs General Manager what is needed. Supervises door-hanging crews. Provides excellent Guest service and ensures Guest satisfaction. Makes sure restaurant is kept clean. Dispatches orders to drivers. Pitches in and performs a variety of tasks as needed.
