Our client, a leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler - 2nd Shift to join their dynamic team. As an integral part of the Assembly department, you will support various work centers, contributing to the production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to safety, aligning successfully within a diverse and inclusive organization.

What's the Job?
• Perform assembly tasks across multiple work centers within the manufacturing process.
• Interpret and follow technical instructions from prints, orders, and routings.
• Operate overhead cranes, hoists, gauges, and measuring devices safely and effectively.
• Maintain quality standards and meet productivity goals consistently.
• Adhere to safety procedures, including lockout/tagout protocols, to ensure a safe working environment.
What's Needed?
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to understand verbal and written technical instructions in English.
• Basic math skills, including measuring in fractions of an inch.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work in a factory environment with varying conditions such as noise, heat, and cold.
