Role Description
This is a full-time, role for a Tax Manager based in Southwest Florida. The Tax Manager will oversee tax planning, preparation, and compliance for individual and business clients. Responsibilities include analyzing tax regulations, ensuring compliance with tax laws, providing strategic tax advice, managing tax filings, and client communication. The Tax Manager will collaborate internally and externally to ensure clients receive expert guidance and solutions to achieve their financial objectives.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Tax Planning and Tax Preparation
• Strong knowledge of Tax Compliance and Tax Law
• Expertise in managing tax-related matters, including corporate, individual, and complex tax returns
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• CPA certification or equivalent is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment with a focus on client service
