Senior Human Resources Analyst
RWDC is a fast-moving biotech company working at the forefront of innovation, on a mission to transform the world — and we know that starts with our people. As we scale, we need creative, execution-focused professionals who can help us build the systems, processes, and teams that turn great ideas into real-world results.
What You’ll Do:
Be a problem‑solver for our people and leaders.
When something isn’t clear, working, or scalable, you dig in, figure it out, and make it better. Leaders trust you to help them navigate people challenges so their teams can succeed.
Own our Global HCM system—but don’t stop there.
You’ll manage day‑to‑day operations, integrations (ATS, LMS, time tracking), training, and data integrity, while continuously improving how our systems support a growing, global workforce.
Build reporting that actually gets used.
You’ll create dashboards, reports, and analysis that help leaders make smarter decisions—turning people data into insight, not noise.
Help shape performance as we scale.
From piloting performance management programs to coordinating review cycles, feedback, and goal tracking, you’ll help build processes that grow with us—not slow us down.
Create and amplify our internal voice.
You’ll support employee surveys and internal communications, helping leadership understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to focus next.
Support payroll and total rewards with precision—and perspective.
Partnering closely with Finance, you’ll help process and troubleshoot bi‑weekly payroll while contributing to total rewards solutions that are fair, competitive, and clearly communicated.
Keep us compliant without killing momentum.
You’ll maintain accurate employee records and keep us audit‑ready while balancing structure with flexibility in a fast‑moving environment.
Jump in wherever it matters most.
From onboarding and engagement to new tools and programs, you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves and building solutions as we grow.
