This position serves as a first point of contact for patients, visitors, physicians, and staff, ensuring calls are handled promptly, accurately, and with compassion.Key responsibilities include answering and routing incoming, outgoing, and internal calls; operating the switchboard; taking and delivering messages; providing general information; and responding appropriately to emergency communications.
