Job Overview:
• Perform routine and complex maintenance activities and monitor infrastructure and clean utility systems.
• Interpret and review system documentation including plumbing, HVAC, and process diagrams.
• Maintain and support spare parts inventory systems for equipment and utilities.
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory standards, procedures, and corporate policies.
• Maintain accurate operational logs, documentation, and work orders.
• Support housekeeping and cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain reliability and efficiency of clean utility systems including water purification, clean steam, compressed air, and cold storage.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and respond to emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Work with maintenance staff, engineers, and contractors to complete repairs and projects effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance on infrastructure systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and utility systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot clean utility systems such as water, steam, and compressed air.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
• Support inventory management of spare parts and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete maintenance tasks.
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues to support continuous operations.
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with HVAC and cold storage systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and plans.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment and follow compliance standards.
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems is desirable.
Experience:
• Minimum of five years of experience in facilities maintenance or related technical fields.
Should Have:
• Experience in HVAC and cold storage systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in controlled environments.
Qualification And Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical degree in facilities maintenance or HVAC preferred.
• Experience in two or more fields such as electrical, HVAC, mechanics, fire systems, cold storage, or water systems.
