Job Description
Join our 24-bed telemetry unit, designed to provide high-quality care to step-down patients. You will work in a supportive environment with a focus on teamwork and patient assessments.
Responsibilities
Administer medication
Conduct patient assessments
Develop and implement care plans
Engage in effective communication and teamwork with staff
Manage a patient ratio of 3:1 for step-down, 5:1 during day shifts, and 7:1 during night shifts
Perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, and lifting
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Valid state nursing license
MMR Vaccination
Fit Test Certification
Hepatitis B Vaccination
Influenza Vaccination
TB Test
Varicella Vaccination
Tdap Vaccination
Physical/Health Statement
Driver's License/State ID
