Sigma Systems seeks reliable Lab Technicians for Tank & Central Services supporting vaccine manufacturing . Perform CIP/SIP, autoclaving, equipment sterilization in a cGMP/USDA-regulated cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities :
•
Execute CIP (Clean-In-Place) & SIP (Steam-In-Place) for mobile process equipment.
•
Autoclave process equipment, garments, roller bottles for sterile prep.
•
Follow Tank & Central Services scheduling board to support vaccine production.
•
Ensure cGMP/USDA compliance ; review in-process documentation.
•
Train/coach team members; participate in root cause analysis & CAPA.
•
Support EHS initiatives, site projects, deviation/change control.
•
Maintain technical data; troubleshoot equipment/process issues.
Requirements :
•
High School Diploma/GED (lab/manufacturing experience preferred)
•
cGMP & USDA vaccine manufacturing knowledge
•
Basic math, equipment troubleshooting , MS Office proficiency
•
Excellent communication, problem-solving, team collaboration
•
Results-driven; meets deadlines in fast-paced environment
