What You'll Do:
• Oversee HR operations at the agency level
• Support the office with hiring, orientation, and employee relations
• Coordinate evaluations and competency tracking
• Processing of payroll and benefits for the home health office
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Conduct personnel file audits and reporting
• Partner with leadership, support staff, and clinicians across the agency

What You'll Bring:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
• 2+ years of HR experience (home health or healthcare preferred)
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Able to handle multiple projects or tasks at any given time
• Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft suite applications.
• Ability to learn new software systems quickly, previous use of an EHR highly preferred
