Summary: Design engineering role responsible for producing construction plans, technical calculations, reports, and permit documentation for multi-family development projects.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Proficiency in Hydraflow or equivalent software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in Bluebeam
• Current EIT or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment
Preferred Skills
• Experience with hydrologic analyses
• Experience developing tree management and landscaping plans
• Experience developing site grading plans
• Experience performing earthwork calculations
• Experience developing erosion and sedimentation control plans
• Experience designing utility plans, including water and sanitary sewer systems
• Experience preparing permit documentation for development projects
• Experience supporting multi-family development projects
Job Responsibilities
• Design and produce construction plans for multi-family development projects
• Prepare technical calculations, reports, and permit documentation
• Perform hydrologic analyses
• Develop tree management and landscaping plans
• Develop site grading plans
• Perform earthwork calculations
• Develop erosion and sedimentation control plans
• Develop utility plans, including water and sanitary sewer design
• Coordinate project deliverables with stakeholders
• Contribute to engineering process improvements
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
