This role will drive cross-functional project execution; maximize value, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.Job DescriptionLead and manage projects that directly support the Sourcing Team, from initiation to completion; ensuring all project goals and objectives are met.Develop detailed project plans, including cost benefits, timelines, and resource allocation.Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.Lead regular project meetings with cross-functional teams, ensuring full participation and engagement from all team members. Present weekly project updates; to include the status of key milestones, cost savings, and general project health to key stakeholders, with confidence and clarity.Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and outcomes.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring effective and on time project completion.Effectively escalate any project risks and issues that the core team cannot solve in a timely manner.Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree3+ years of experience in Project Management, Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Business5+ years of progressive experience in years of experience in Project Management, Sourcing, Procurement or Supply ChainPMP CertificationProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)Highly organized, result driven and detail-orientedMulti-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills  Excellent written, verbal and presentation skillsPay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually.
