We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Structural Coordinator to join our growing solar operations team. In this vital position, you'll be responsible for managing the flow of engineering documentation that supports our solar installations - ensuring all structural letters and affidavits are requested, received, and properly uploaded in a timely manner. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at communication and follow-up, and enjoys collaborating with both internal teams and external engineering partners. This is a key support role that directly contributes to project quality, compliance, and overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage requests for all engineering letters, affidavits, and related documentation to support solar project approvals. Track and follow up with engineering partners to ensure timely completion of all required materials. Upload and organize documentation accurately within company systems and partner engineering platforms. Communicate professionally with vendors, engineers, project managers, and fellow team members to ensure seamless information flow. Monitor document status and timelines, proactively addressing delays or missing items to prevent project bottlenecks. Maintain accurate records and ensure that all documents are properly formatted and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with permitting, engineering, and operations teams to support efficient project progression. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve turnaround times. Qualifications & Experience 2+ years of experience in construction, engineering coordination, or related administrative/project support role. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM/project management tools preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills - professional, courteous, and solution-oriented. Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities efficiently. High attention to detail and accuracy in document handling. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining accountability for individual deliverables. Positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering excellent internal and external service.
