Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Performing a wide variety of tasks associated with maintaining production molding and assembly machinery and auxiliary equipment. Installation, repair and preventive maintenance of all operating equipment, fix equipment and support equipment as assigned Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and or program issues with Molding, and all support equipment Install machines electrical, plumbing and interface with all other systems Come up with solutions to issues and ways to improve machines MIG & TIG welding Fabricating skills Print reading (schematics) capabilities Performs daily PM’s and maintains the proper paperwork Complies with safety regulations and established lean manufacturing principles Works with other mechanics, engineering and manufacturing to work on continuous improvement projects Follow applicable food safety and cGMP policies Qualifications: 1-2 years manufacturing maintenance experience preferred Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and welding is beneficial Applied experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial electricity, electronics, and control systems preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Relocation assistance Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience: Industrial Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Electrical: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
