Naaman Network has multiple openings for residential and outpatient counselors at our Rehrersburg campus. We have both full time and weekend part time positions. Naaman is part of the Ascend Ministries Group (AMG) network of organizations that provide a range of services in a continuum of care for individuals struggling with substance use disorder. This position will provide outpatient counseling services to individuals in our long-term Christian discipleship program on campus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Completing client assessments Weekly individual therapy provision for a caseload of clients. Facilitation of Group Therapy Networking with various client systems including families, court members, probation officers, and social service representatives. Excellent documentation of services as required by program guidelines and regulatory standards Independently completing assignments in a timely manner while also actively engaging with treatment team members in order to best meet program goals. Carries a clinical caseload of up to 35 clients, providing 25 billable clinical hours weekly. Ability to respect the Christian teachings of the discipleship program that partners with counseling services. Assumes that all elements of the treatment plan, including the aftercare plan, are completed within the time limit. Assures the client chart(s) is kept in accordance with DDAP and agency policy. Requirements : Must have a degree in field related to counseling from an accredited university or college. Bachelors or Masters preferred. Must have at least one year of direct counseling experience in either an inpatient, outpatient, partial hospital, or other drug and alcohol related treatment agency, or the required experience by PA State regulations per degree. If in recovery, must have at least 2 years of continuous sobriety.
