Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our resort hotel facilities maintenance operations. In this vital role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities across manufacturing or industrial sites. Your leadership will ensure that all equipment, systems, and infrastructure operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. Duties Lead and supervise maintenance teams responsible for mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and industrial systems to ensure optimal performance. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools to minimize downtime. Oversee troubleshooting and repair of complex machinery using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters. Manage projects related to equipment upgrades, installations, or facility improvements with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations for high voltage and low voltage electrical systems; coordinate safety training sessions for staff. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and asset management using CMMS software. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan maintenance schedules that align with production demands while minimizing disruptions. Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and tools; coordinate procurement to ensure availability of critical components for industrial maintenance needs. Skills Proven management experience leading maintenance teams within hospitality properties. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams. Extensive electrical experience including working with high voltage and low voltage systems safely. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in automation processes. Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking. Knowledge of HVAC systems and facilities management best practices. Excellent supervisory skills coupled with project management capabilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Effective communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination. Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and system schematics accurately. Experience supervising maintenance operations in hospitality settings; strong leadership qualities essential for motivating teams.
