An ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Professional Salon/ Med Spa experience. Candidates will be expected to deliver the level of service that is expected to accompany an ultra premium product. Due to the nature of the retail industry, applicants must have flexibility in their schedules. Key responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to: · Customer Service- ensuring the highest level of service is provided to every customer at every opportunity from counter service through service. Using and becoming an expert at using POS (point-of-sale) and Scheduling software. · Sales & Financial-meeting sales and labor targets while positively impacting Salon finances. · Business Operations-assures responsibilities and stock inventory are completed in a timely and effective manner while maintaining compliance with hygiene procedures.
