Assist with lesson planning and adapt activities to suit diverse learning styles and developmental stages. Support classroom routines such as attendance, transitions, and snack/lunch periods with professionalism and enthusiasm. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in preschool, childcare, or classroom settings is highly preferred. Knowledge of early childhood development principles and literacy education strategies. Strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management. Experience working with individuals with autism or in special education environments is a plus. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families. Background in Montessori or preschool education is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and age groups.
