Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (ICU RN) – Multi-Site Float Team Full-Time | Direct Hire Central/Eastern Pennsylvania (Multi-Site Coverage) Clinical Magnet is seeking a skilled and compassionate Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (ICU RN) to join a dynamic Multi-Site Float Team supporting several hospitals across Central and Eastern Pennsylvania. 2 years of critical care experience required. No critical care experience? There is a TELE/MS team! Rotating hospitals every 2-6 weeks. This role is ideal for ICU nurses who are clinically strong, adaptable, and interested in expanding their experience across multiple critical care environments. Position Summary As an ICU Float RN, you will deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients across multiple facilities. You will support staffing needs while maintaining excellence in patient outcomes, safety, and clinical standards. This position offers self-scheduling and the flexibility to choose day or night shifts , allowing for greater autonomy in your schedule.
