Key Responsibilities: Actively monitor the pool, deck, and surrounding areas. Enforce safety rules and respond quickly to emergencies. Perform routine safety checks, water tests, and equipment inspections. Build positive relationships with members, staff, and participants. Support cleanliness and upkeep of the pool and facility. Qualifications: Minimum age: 15. Current certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR for the Professional Rescuer with AED & First Aid.
