Job Summary At State Hill Craft Cocktails and Kitchen, we specialize in elevated food and cocktails made from scratch, with menus that change seasonally. With our four-seasons patio recently completed, we are looking for experienced , full-service bartenders to join our team. We are looking for talented, professional, self-motivated, service minded professionals to help us continue to grow! This is not an entry level bartending position. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Operate cash registers and (TOAST) POS systems accurately to process transactions. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Engage with customers, providing excellent customer service while taking drink orders and answering questions about the menu. Assist in managing inventory by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, including banquets or special events. Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends in mixology, and menu changes. Requirements 2 years of experience bartending in a high-volume environment required Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, spirits and beer preferred RAMP Certification within 60 days of employment Ability to multi-task and operate with speed and efficiency behind the bar Strong verbal communication skills required Team-player, work well with a diverse staff Ability to work nights and weekends Bar Shifts: Monday - CLOSED Tuesday - 11am-4:30pm, 3:30pm-10:30pm Wednesday - 11am-4:30pm, 3:30pm-10:30pm Thursday - 11am-4:30pm, 3:30pm-10:30pm Friday - 11am-4:30pm, 3:30pm-12:00am Saturday - 9:00am-4:30pm, 3:30pm-12:00am Sunday - 9:00am-4:30pm, 3:30pm-10:30pm Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Application Question(s): Do you have at least one year of experience as a full-service bartender?
