Functional Family Therapist - $4,000 Hiring Bonus
This full-time Therapist II – Functional Family position offers a $4,000 hiring bonus paid in installments at 6 months and 1 year. The role involves providing in-home, community-based family therapy using the Evidence-Based Functional Family Therapy (FFT-CW) model. The therapist manages a caseload of 10-12 families, delivering weekly sessions over 4-6 months, with flexible scheduling to accommodate families’ availability.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related fields with relevant experience, along with required clearances and a valid PA driver’s license. The job requires strong clinical skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Key responsibilities encompass delivering FFT-CW services with fidelity, engaging families, completing assessments, referring families to community resources, maintaining documentation, and participating in supervision and consultation.
